Viena vēstule bija pie ienākošajām ar linku kaut kādu, otra bija pie mēstulēm?

Izlasīju, ka paypal.com, ka viņi sūta vēstules tikai ar manu vārdu un uzvārdu. Tātad to nav sūtījis paypal.
